Refund policy

Returns:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

• If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit or an exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include attached tags.
• Returns are refunded via store credit in a form of KIIWII gift card. They process between 5-7 business days after your item is delivered to us.

Final Sale:

• All underwear, rompers and shorts are ineligible for refund/exchange unless there is an issue or defect with your product 
• Items purchased during a promotional sale cannot be refunded.

KIIWII will issue refunds to the original form of payment in the event that:

• Your order is cancelled by KIIWII
• Items are out of stock since your order was processed
• Items proved to be received damaged, defective or incorrect.
